UP Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana (Rin Mochan)
Under this scheme, the Government of Uttar Pradesh provides complete debt waiver for loans up to โน1 lakh taken by small and marginal farmers from district cooperative banks and urban cooperative banks. Launched to provide relief to financially distressed farmers in the state.
PM-KUSUM Solar Pump (UP Implementation)
Under the central PM-KUSUM scheme, UP provides solar-powered irrigation pumps to farmers at 10% cost (90% subsidy). Standalone solar pumps of 2 HP to 7.5 HP capacity to replace diesel pumps, reducing input costs significantly.
Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN in UP)
โน6,000 per year in 3 equal instalments to all eligible farmers in UP. Currently 2.5 crore UP farmers receive this benefit. e-KYC mandatory for continued benefits.

Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana
One of UP's flagship schemes for the welfare of girl children. The scheme provides financial support of โน25,000 in 6 instalments from birth to class 12 graduation to encourage birth, health, and education of girls from economically weaker families.
UP Bhagya Lakshmi Yojana
โน50,000 bond issued to families below poverty line on birth of a girl child. At age 21 (if unmarried), the beneficiary receives โน2 lakh. Promotes girl birth and discourages early marriage.

Vridha Pension Yojana (Old Age Pension UP)
Monthly pension of โน1,000 to senior citizens above 60 years from BPL families in Uttar Pradesh. Amount is directly transferred to beneficiary's bank account via DBT. Managed by the Social Welfare Department of UP.
Vidhwa Pension Yojana (Widow Pension UP)
โน1,000/month pension for widows aged 18โ60 years from economically weaker sections. Apply online at SSPY portal or nearest CSC/Jan Seva Kendra.
Divyang Pension Yojana (Disability Pension UP)
โน1,000/month for persons with 40% or more disability. Online application via SSPY portal. Medical certificate of disability mandatory.

Chief Minister Jan Arogya Yojana (CMJAY)
UP state-specific health insurance that extends Ayushman Bharat to those not covered by PMJAY. Provides โน5 lakh health cover to additional poor families with free treatment at empanelled hospitals.
๐ Ration Card Services
UP Ration Card โ New Application & Management
Uttar Pradesh provides ration cards under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) giving subsidized foodgrains โ 5 kg/person/month at โน2 for wheat and โน3 for rice. Apply online via FCS portal or nearest Jan Seva Kendra.

๐ Education Schemes
UP Free Laptop Scheme (Swami Vivekananda Yuva Sashaktikaran)
Free laptops/tablets to students who score 65%+ in class 10 & 12 board exams. Over 25 lakh students have received laptops. Distribution happens through school/college.
UP Scholarship Scheme (Pre/Post Matric)
State scholarships for OBC, SC, ST, and minority students for pre-matric (class 9โ10) and post-matric (class 11 onwards) education. Apply via UP scholarship portal.
